Vegetable Guide—Updated

Vegetable Guide—Updated

Despite the infamous groundhog’s assertions to the contrary, spring will be here before you know it. And with spring comes gardening time!

We have revised and updated our free online vegetable guide just in time for the coming season. In particular, we have made two significant modifications:

  • Revised and expanded the pest and disease information.
  • Added a new section on companion planting to each entry.

As always, the vegetable guide still contains information on preferred conditions, planting, care, harvest, storage, and seed-saving for each plant, not to mention tips for enjoying your produce. Links are provided to other helpful resources, as well.

It’s not too early to start planning for the growing season ahead. Enjoy!
